Production blog: Deciding filming date

 Hello, welcome back. This blog will be about deciding when the filming is going to be able to start the filming process. The whole process that has to be done before picking a date is preparing every little detail that is going to be needed for this film. To start off the costumes were being decided. It is best to say that the costumes will be casual and a bit different as the costumes won’t be a big deal to the film. Although the costumes may not play much of a big part of the film, the clothing needs to be fitting to the weather of when the filming date is. Lately it’s been a bit cold. So the actors wearing shorts wouldn’t be good as the weather can cause them to catch a cold.  So the actors wearing shorts wouldn't be good as the weather can cause them to catch a cold. If the weather the changes to the 70s the actresses will be changed into shorts and warm weather clothing. Production Blog: Fixing what needs to be fixed

Hello. Welcome back. Today we will be fixing the changes that needed to be fixed. Ok so after doing the peer review we decided on fixing a couple titles. I went back to CapCut opened up the project. Once I opened up the app, I came to realize that the project was gone. Even tho the project was not in CapCut I still had the video downloaded in my camera roll. I added the video from my camera roll to CapCut as a new project. Once I did that I cut out the second scene which was where the characters were introduced. I had to split the scene from the other clips. After that was split I clicked on the clip and scrolled at the bottom tool box I clicked delete. After the clip was deleted I muted the whole project to extract the audio back in. I did this by scrolling on the bottom tool bar and clicked on audio and clicked extract and then selected the same video from the camera roll. After that was done, I inserted the clip that was deleted and cropped it by dragging the right corner to the lef...

Production blog: Inserting

Hello. Welcome back. Continuing from last time I inserted the next actors name. I decided to have Sophia’s name an animation to cut out of the scene with the “swipe left” animation. It’s pretty much the same as adding an animation to appear on the screen. If you swipe left the app will show you options for the animations for the text to leave the scene. For Camila’s I had to change it up a bit for the animation but the font and style stays the same. I put the “blur wipe left” animation and it would go away once the scene ends. I took a break from inserting their names. I wanted to figure out a way to lower the sound of the busy street. I clicked on the clip I wanted to lower the sound and scrolled all the way to the left on the bottom tool bar and found something called “reduce noise”. I clicked on the switch and it automatically turned down the noise of the street. This made it so that the dialogue can be heard better.
